Red is a very rare and valuable color for topaz. This gem comes from an old inventory of topaz rough crystals from Mexico. The topaz is pleochroic and changes color and brilliance with varying lighting conditions and when viewed from different angles (see pics). Refractive index tested for authenticity. Band is twisted rope sterling silver. Fits a 7 - 7.5 finger. Shipped promptly, fully insured and gift boxed.
